Gary Gilchrist has been ready for more than 25 years – first as a top-ranked amateur golfer and touring professional in South Africa, then as a renowned instructor for many of the world’s best junior golfers over a storied coaching career that spans two decades.

Now, Gilchrist has taken his proven, “Train like a Champion,” systematic training programs to the highest level at his new year-round junior training facility at the beautiful Mission Inn Resort & Club near Orlando, Fla. Personally developed and directed by Gilchrist, his signature periodized training system is designed to boost each player’s development and prepare them to peak at the right time for critical tournament competition.

“At my academy each student will undergo a comprehensive training program that will challenge and educate him or her on the process of achieving individual goals,” Gilchrist says. “Our mission is to prepare golfers technically, mentally and physically so they can succeed in elite junior competition, and later at the collegiate and professional levels.”

The Gilchrist Academy is committed to excellence in every facet  of golf, fitness, personal development and academics, evident through exclusive relationships with Montverde Academy, an acclaimed private college preparatory school, leading behavioral scientist Dr. Bill Meyer, famed Olympic athlete-turned trainer Pat Etcheberry and the American Junior Golf Association.  As part of our AJGA relationship, the academy is the official title sponsor of the Gary Gilchrist Golf Academy Junior All-Star Series, an AJGA tournament series reserved for the world's top 12-15 year-old golfers.

Though physical, mental and technical training is fundamental to our academy, GGGA’s main mission is not creating the perfect golf swing, but rather teaching people how to consistently tap into their fullest golf and human potential.
